Two ways to work
Built our way, or inside yours.
Studio mode Default
You hand over a defined chunk of work: a spec, API docs, sample or masked data. We build it in our own environment with our AI-assisted desks and deliver tested code to your repository as pull requests, with a proof sheet. Fastest and most economical.
Embedded mode
We work inside your environment and tools, under your AI policy, for when code or data can’t leave your systems.

AI use and who does the work
AI-assisted, engineer-reviewed.
We use AI tools to draft code, tests and documentation faster. A responsible engineer is named on every project and reviews what ships. The team is our lead engineer, AI agents, and vetted contractors as needed, added only with your written consent and under NDA.
We deliver to your repository; client data is not put into AI tools that train on it. See our security and AI-use summary.

We work in your stack: Java/Spring, Python, Node/TypeScript, React, on AWS, Azure or GCP. We are model-agnostic: for AI features in your product, we build on what you already have or prefer:

We keep the provider behind configuration so switching later is easy. If you restrict AI tools for development, we use your approved tools (for example, your enterprise code assistant) or work without AI on your code.
About us
Who we are.
Rachuri Labs is a small, AI-first software studio in Texas. We build Java and Spring Boot services, APIs and integrations, and we add AI features and automation to the products and tools businesses already use.
Our engineering comes from enterprise telecom: production microservices, order flows and partner integrations at a major US wireless carrier. We pair that experience with AI tools to work faster, and an experienced engineer reviews every deliverable before it ships.
We’re new, and we say so: Rachuri Labs LLC was formed in Texas in November 2026, and we’re taking on our first client projects now. That’s why every project has a written scope, is tested against a written checklist and shown to you weekly, so you can judge the work before you pay for more.

Quick answers.
Do we need a particular AI provider or technology?
No. We build on yours: OpenAI / Azure OpenAI, Gemini / Vertex, Bedrock, Claude, or open-source and self-hosted models, and in your stack.
Who owns the code?
You do. Ownership of the code we write for you passes to you when the project is paid in full; our own pre-existing tools and libraries stay ours, with a licence for you to use them in your project. The exact terms are in our MSA, which you see before you sign.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We’re happy to sign a reasonable mutual NDA, or yours, before you share anything confidential.
What if something breaks after delivery?
Every project includes a 30-day fix window for defects against the agreed acceptance checklist (details in your SOW); the care plan covers what comes after.
Are you a new company?
Yes. Rachuri Labs LLC was formed in November 2026, so we don’t have client case studies yet; the demo projects above are our own builds. To keep your risk low, we suggest starting small: paid discovery or one small package, with weekly demos.
Where are you based?
We’re a Texas LLC and work remotely. Today we work on US Central Time; working hours for your project, and any later change in where we work, are set out in writing.
